Methodology and references
Start with context, not false precision.
Gulpie uses population reference material to offer an editable starting point for beverage tracking. Individual needs vary with activity, heat, illness, pregnancy, breastfeeding, food, health status, and other factors.

What Gulpie intentionally does not infer
Gulpie does not use BMI, weight, weather, exercise, HealthKit, beverage nutrition, or a hydration sensor to produce a supposedly individualized prescription. The goal is editable at all times.
